Q: How long will it take to receive my package?

Please note that we require 1 to 7 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.  Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!  Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 10 to 20 business days.  Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

 

Q: Is shipping free to all countries & regions?

We offer FREE international shipping. Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Q: Do we ship internationally?

We sure do! However, we are not responsible for customs charges. Customs may charge their own fees which are not associated with our shipping cost. They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they see fit.
